Salicylate free Deodorant and Antiperspirant

Castor Oil and Hydrogenated Castor Oil are the most common blockers in DO, so watch out for those. And of course, aloe and the rest of the Sal Free check list ingredients πŸ™‚

I use a drop of plain old Emu Oil when I get sensitive skin under my arms too. Totally works as it has antibiotic properties, so helps with odor, and putting oil on your skin has the natural side effect of your skin producing less oil there πŸ™‚

Hi Christine, I would like to tell you something just in case you haven’t tried it. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a specialist and was really unwell. My masseur advised me to try a wheat free diet and in two weeks I was on the mend. In four weeks I was well again! If this is something you haven’t tried, please try it. I can now eat wheat again, however I’m in the middle of a salicylate crisis. This brought me to your page. I have a good dietitian and I’m a lot wiser these days. Please try the wheat free diet regardless of what doctors may say.
    Sincerely, Peter. (Tasmania).

Hi Peter! Thank you for your comment! Yes I have tried wheat free πŸ™‚ It does help some symptoms for sure! But some symptoms are not from diet and are a fibromyalgia issue. THankfully, we have a protocol that reverses those symptoms, we have to stay away from salicylates topically and concentrated sals ingested. Your salicylate crisis is a totally different thing than i can help with. We don’t have to worry about normal food amounts of sals thankfully! That is a HUGE deal! Hope you find some help!
