A friend of mine (we will call her ‘P’ ~July 20 2016) wrote about the Guaifenesin Protocol, specifically Guaifenesin and the type and what it has done for her fibromyalgia. I love it and asked her if I could share it with you! 🙂 Love this lady, she has such spunk!! 🙂
She wrote this in reply to a topic about the types of Guaifenesin out there. They are not all the same and some have such a low success rate, I hope you will stick to what works!! <3
P’s Progress report:
“Fatigue is rapidly improving. I know that will be the last to clear though. I’m ok with that because I feel it improving so I can tolerate it better and not get upset or anxious when the fatigue sets in.
Yes it sucks to feel tired and foggy but it’s SOOOO much better than before. To be honest, I don’t l know how I lived with all of the pain and fatigue. I do suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (was diagnosed due to fibro) so I take an antidepressant for anxiety. It’s a work in progress but I am grateful EVERY. SINGLE. DAY that I found guai and am getting my life back. I am hopeful that the anxiety will improve as I come to terms with how I lost so many years due to this illness. I have found that I am a much more understanding and empathetic person because I went through hell. I found a silver lining in the pain and suffering that I endured.
You guys will too! I’m sorry…I think I rambled a bit but really my my point was to say that MDR is the best guai to get. Perrigo, mucinex and the blue dye makes me nervous. I mean, if you’re gonna spend money on guai, you may as well spend an few extra bucks on guai that Dr. St. Amand recommends. Just sayin’.
Message me with any questions. I was really sick 6 years ago. I have a new life now. Guai works. Do yourself a service and get the MDR guai. I may have a coupon code for fibropharmacy. Message me and I will give it to you if I can find it.
❤️❤️XOXO GUAI WORKS AND IT ROCKS!” ~P
