Baked Salmon (Hypoglycemia Diet Strict, GF,SF,LowCarb)

Baked Salmon (HG Strict, SF, GF, LC)SUUUUUPER easy and delish! I have tried this same recipe amounts on a whole, huge fish and on a little chunk like you see in the picture, it’s our ABSOLUTE favorite way to eat fish EVER!! 🙂 I have this great neighbor from Nigeria who brought us a piece of his baked fish and we looooved it so much, I begged for the recipe, and now I am sharing it with you! ENJOY! 🙂

Stir in separate bowl:

Fish

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper

10 (ish) cloves fresh garlic, crushed

1 Tbsp Dill

1 Tbsp Oregano

1 Tbsp Basil

Place fish on a greased pan, slice into fish sideways, little slots, stuff with spice mixture, pour rest on top of fish, cover with tin foil well, bake in oven at 400 for 30-40 mins (depending on size of fish)

Serve on pretty platter with some parsley garnish and enjoy! (Or do like I did and just stick the pan on the table! ha!)

Tip: I LOOOOVE the sauce this creates, and usually pour it on anything on my plate! Eat with steamed and/or grilled veggies.
