This is one of my FAVORITE side dishes because it’s so easy and Yummy!
Turn your oven to 375
Cut your spaghetti squash into 4 pieces, length and then width.(or vise versa)
Scoop out the seeds and slimy stuff
Spread butter over inside and edges of squash, sprinkle with salt
Place in baking dish and put in oven for 45 mins. (for a medium sized squash)
To serve, Scoop out of skin with spoon, melt some butter and season with salt to taste 🙂
This should come out with stringy pieces like spaghetti, and be not mushy, but not crunchy either! 🙂 We use this in place of the usual carb sides like potatoes, pasta or rice.
