Bath Salts DIY

Epsom Salts are Salicylate free! and so are oats, put them together and you have a BEAUTIFUL soak going on! SO good for your skin and to relax :)

And to top it off, this is CRAZY easy!!

  • 2 cups of epsom salt
  • 1 cup of sea salt
  • 1.5 cups of finely pulverized oatmeal
  • 1/2 ounce of fragrance

  1. Measure out the salts and mix them together well, making sure to break up any clumps. Make sure you use stainless steel spoon and bowl, the fragrance will soak into anything else!
  2. Grind the oatmeal finely in a coffee grinder. The finer you grind it, the better it dissolves in your water so you don’t have floaties :D Add it to the salts and mix well.
  3. Add the fragrance
  4. Mix everything together well.
  5. Scoop the salts into jars or other air-tight containers.

That’s it! Add the oatmeal-salts to briskly running water and enjoy! :)
