Coleslaw (SF, GF, HG, Low Carb)

ColeslawI LOOOOVE this side dish, one of the easiest ones I have!! πŸ™‚ And recently started chopping up an apple in there like my mom used to, SO yummy!!

1 package chopped cabbage (see picture) Or chop 1 med size head cabbage

1-2 cups shredded carrots (I buy the pre-cut and peeled ones and pop them in my little food processor)

1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped in food processor πŸ˜€

1 cup sugar free mayo (click for homemade recipe)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp Xylitol

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

salt to taste

Put your sauce ingredients in large bowl first and stir, then add rest. easy peasy! Enjoy πŸ™‚

To make HG Strict, cut the carrots and apple. (it’s not as good, trust me I tried it! LOL)
