Cream cheese muffins
2 8oz. pks. philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 cup sweetener (I use a mixture of Splenda and Xylitol)
1/2- 1 tsp. vanilla
Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave.
Add other ingredients.
Beat with mixer till smooth.
Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers, or use silicone muffin cups- which is now my favorite way of baking anything muffin! 🙂
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
This is SUPER easy and so so yummy! Don’t be surprised when they flatten out though, they are still delicious!
You can make them a desert by adding on some berries and whipping cream… YUM!
