This has been an AMAZING new dish that I’ve added to my recipe book! Crispy, baked not fried, sugar free, and fabulous tasting! YUM! oh- and best of all? EASY PEASY!! 😀
12(ish) chicken thighs (bone-in)
1 Ranch Seasoning spices recipe (use only 1 Tbsp Sea Salt instead of the listed Salt in recipe)
Toss together thighs and spices in bag.
Place on tin-foil lined pan, skins up, spray with oil (I have one of those spray cans that are re-usable that I use my fav oil in, it’s healthier :))
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
See?! I told you it was ridiculously easy!! 😀 I Make a HUGE batch of these, they are an awesome snack or lunch, even cold! YUM! 🙂
I keep the leftover spices in a baggie in the freezer for next time. Usually gets used up pretty fast 🙂
