**Please note that salicylate sensitivity plays a role! My website and support group are VERY sal careful. We have found certain things to block the salicylate sensitive people (such as butters, gums, Stevia and certain toothpastes) and want to be extremely cautious with what we say is safe or not. This is the only area we deviate from the book in any way.

Anybody who is being mapped by Dr St Amand or Dr Congdon is a different story, as they have someone who can help them to know when they are blocking. The rest of us who don’t have mappers have to be SUPER diligent so that we don’t block, since we have nobody to catch it if we do!**

This is the best group ever…I’ve had more support and encouragement with these awesome kind people than my own family. This is my new family now and forever because I feel supported and understood. I can frankly say I don’t know where or what I’d be without them. Everyday I turn to this group to help me get through my day. And yes forever because I will be there for others when they need me. Love you all my fibro buddies β€πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’œ

  4. Barb Wieck says:

I take a lot of calcium. Will that be a hindrance on going on this protocol?

    • Christine says:

Hi Barb! Yes, Calcium is fine, but you will need to check your supplement ingredients for other plant ingredients as those will block the guaifenesin from working.

Leave a lovely comment! I read and respond to all comments here and love to hear from you! <3
