We all know that the amounts of sugar we eat everyday, in everything, is costing us our health. But did you know that a high-carbohydrate diet can have the same effect? Rice, Pasta, Potatoes, breads all turn into sugar in your blood stream pretty quickly, and if you are Hypoglycemic like me, you will struggle with the highs and lows and fatigue that comes with the wrong diet.
All of my recipes are low-carb and sugar free for a reason!! I have Hypoglycemia and my husband has type 2 diabetes. Low carb and low Glycemic diets are known to lower inflammation, as someone with Fibromyalgia, I can tell you right now that this diet is WORTH it!!!
