Hey Folks! If you have fibromyalgia, you have likely tried EVERYTHING to improve your health. Kombucha was one thing I sadly gave up when I started the Guaifenesin Protocol since it is made with tea which will block the Guaifenesin from doing it’s job to get you well again!
Well, good news!
There is COFFEE Kombucha now! I am waiting for my Tea Kombucha to finish (for the kids) and when my baby SCOBY grows big enough, I am gonna try it in Coffee Kombucha! YAY! 😀
Kombucha has always been so much fun, just trying all the different flavors and the whole process of making it is like a science experiment in my home! 😀 fun fun! 😀
Kombucha is one of those fantastic naturally fermented foods that used to be a staple in homes around the world and has been replaced by pop. Blech. There is documentation of its use for 2000 years. There has been much study done on it in Russia and Germany, but little in the US and Canada due to its lack of possible monetary gain. It’s cheap to make in other words! It is full of probiotics, antioxidant properties, great for detoxing, has lots of Vit B and healthy acids to aid in digestion. With coffee, the flavors will obviously be different, so trying vanilla and cinnamon type flavors will be a great option!

*If you are on the Guaifenesin Protocol please do not drink the tea Kombucha as there is alot of concentrated plant stuff in tea and it will block your Guaifenesin from doing it’s job to get you well!!*
