Oats and health benefits for skin

Oats are amazing for your skin! the more I read about this ingredient, the more convinced I am to include it in as many products as possible!
Not only does it sooth irritation and help eczema, it also decreases inflammation!!! Now, if you don’t have fibromyalgia and/or just don’t deal with any inflammation, you wont appreciate this as much as I do, but YAY!!!!

Now, in all seriousness let’s talk a little more on detail here!

Oats are full of amino acids, vitamins and minerals including Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium. Click here for detailed list of Vitamins and Minerals found in oats.

Itchy and dry, burning skin,  psoriasis, measles, chickenpox, pityriasis rosea are some of the skin conditions that can find relief from using oats! Just imagine how wonderful it would make your skin feel for all who do AND don’t struggle with these skin difficulties!

Oats are reported to give a “soft, cushiony feel on the skin, giving it a near-velvet smoothness” Quote taken from Voyageur Soap and Candle. http://www.voyageursoapandcandle.com

Are you excited yet about using my skin products?? I AM!! haha! It’s so much fun finding these lovely little tidbits of info out there that can make such an amazing difference in healthy, natural skin care!!
