Fried fish is one of my absolute favorite meals for how easy and fast you can get supper on the table 🙂

My hubby loves to scrape all the burnt spices from the pan on his fish, I tried it, he’s right- it’s REALLY yumm!!
Fish- Tilapia is only approx 10mins cooking time, thick chunk of salmon I do for 15-20 mins.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Dill and Basil on each side.
Fry on medium, buttered frying pan with lid for 5-10 mins on each side depending on the size of your fish.
Did I not tell you that was gonna be easy?! 🙂
Serve with grilled veggies and homemade tartar sauce, and steamed veggies on the side. Carrots are good 🙂
