Good news for you!!
You CAN use perfume even if there is Salicylates in it- just spray it on your clothes! There IS an exception to this! LOL 😀 I was reminded by a good friend that in warmer countries people will sweat and their sweaty clothes will allow those sals to get on their skin from the perfume! Living in Canada, this happens so infrequently that I never even thought of it! LOL 😀 PLEASE be careful and read through the ingredient lists on your perfumes if you are in a place that is this lovely and warm! 🙂
Usually perfumes don’t have sals in them, as the more natural ingredients are more expensive. So if your perfume is super expensive, definitely spray it on your clothes instead of your skin. That’s it! easy peasy 🙂
Scentsy apparently has body sprays now that are sal-free, but as always, double check those ingredients. Avon has some sal-free cologns too, so check there for sal-free options! Bath and Body Works usually have aloe in them, so don’t risk those as they will block the guaifenesin from working to reverse your fibromyalgia symptoms!
I ALWAYS spray my perfume on my clothes, just in case! Makes no difference to me if it’s on my skin or clothes as far as smell goes! OR you can check the ingredient list on your perfume if you are determined to wear it on your skin. Be sure it’s sal free please!
