Egg Nog Breakfast Shake Recipe (my FIRST attempt at breakfast shakes and where this all started!)
All my shakes are a great healthy alternative to the many starches we typically start our days off with. You get some dairy (if you want), some fruit, some protein and some super YUMMINESS! 😀
