All my shakes are a great healthy alternative to the many starches we typically start our days off with. You get some dairy (if you want), some fruit, some protein and some super YUMMINESS! 😀

I LOVE LOVE LOVE summer days that are warm enough to have these for my breakfast! If it’s not quite warm enough for this, check out my other favorite breakfast: Berry Omelet. Also GF, SF, Low Carb!

      Thanks Kristen! I like it too!! 🙂 I started using less strawberries and more eggs in there too, also use Kefir instead of just the cream 🙂 trying to lose some weight and it’s working! But the strawberry protein drink is super yummy, like a good treat 😀

    Hi Christine,

    Do you have any breakfast ideas for people who cannot eat eggs or dairy? I’m a bit stuck apart from plain fruit. Thanks!

      Hi Julia! Yes absolutely! Use a non-dairy fat milk substitute like coconut milk or almond milk, etc. And use a protein powder instead of the eggs. Just add 1/4 cup water to replace each egg in the recipe. Add a pinch of salt too. I have been making my smoothies that way for a while too, and they are delicious! 🙂
