    Christine…can you recommend a Protein Powder for the guafenesin protocol? I start in a week. Am on carb sensitive diet right now. Also, do I understand it correctly that you can ingest oils but not apply topically? Sorry, having major flares right now and cant concentrate to do the research.

      Hi Suzie! πŸ™‚ There is soy protein, whey protein- both goat whey and cow whey, collagen protein. Basically any animal protein is fine for the protocol πŸ™‚

      you can have plant oils in your food, but not in pill form where it’s concentrated. And definitely not on the skin or in your mouth with dental products. The exception to this is CROWS: Corn, Rice, Oat, Wheat, Soy, these are the only plant stuff that is sal-safe.

      I hear you re: brain fog! Hang in there! It will get easier <3
