SF (Sugar-Free) Desserts Recipes

All recipes in the Desserts category are sugar free (SF), some are Hypoglycemia Diet (HG) friendly, but some are not! All are labeled though. I have done the diet perfectly for a few months and now am allowing some things back in, but it will always stay sugar free. Esp now that I understand what sugar does to the body! It is SO much healthier to eat sugar free.

guok 113 is inaccurate in the anysalis of Diabetes. Which IS a disease :not a condition. There are medications on the market which I’m sure if you are attending your Doctor she/he can prescribe to help your cells use insulin more productively. People who have gone undiagnosed with Diabetes for years are prone to Heart disease, Neuropathies, Vision problems etc. Diabetes affects every living cell in the body. Talk to your Doctor about these side effects. Test your blood sugar 4 times daily as the guidelines are to keep your blood sugar as near normal as possible which would be 120 and under. Eat foods low in Carbohydrates, daily exercise helps to lower your blood sugar. This is just the tip of the Iceberg on Diabetes. Educating yourself on your disease willl greatly enhance your health.

Philippe, thank you! I absolutely agree to go to a doctor if you suspect you might have diabetes and to take what he prescribes! Diabetes is a very serious illness!!! Fortunately, my hubby has type 2 and is on VERY little insulin- only at night, and less and less of it when he sticks to this diet! But please do consult your doctor!!
