This is my favorite go-to desert for company! They oooh and aaaah about it, mostly because of the shock that it’s sugar free and still SO YUMMY! 😀
Please NOTE: the Caramel Custard uses Cornstarch as a thickener, this is NOT for the HG dieters that are in the first 2 months! The rest of this recipe is Hypoglycemia Diet friendly though! So if you are on the HG diet, please use the alternate ‘Custard- Hypoglycemia Diet Strict Recipe!

What to do: Layer as you wish! 😀
My favorite way to layer is to put about 1-2 Tbsp Almond Crumble on the bottom- kinda like a crust.
Scoop in 1/2 cup sliced strawberries.
Layer another 1/4 cup sliced Strawberries.
Spoon on 1/4 cup Whipped Cream
Sprinkle with Almond Crumble
Refrigerate and serve! YUMM! I have refrigerated this prior to serving and I have also put it all together immediately prior to serving, both are delicious! 🙂 Please note, the amounts are guestimations! If your glass is getting too full too fast, use less of everything! my goblets are pretty big! 🙂
