So, sometimes my playing around with recipes are such a hit I could just eat it everyday! this is one of those… NUM NUM!

Super easy- take the Homemade burgers recipe:
1 lb hamburger
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Onion, finely chopped (or food processed)
mix with hands, roll into balls, place on deep baking dish, buttered.
Bake 20 mins at 400
While meatballs are baking, Use my Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe. stir together and set aside:
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp vinegar
4 packages Splenda
I can plain diced tomatoes (796 ml 28fl oz can)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp sea salt
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp corn starch/ flour (or use an HG safe thickener)
Pour the sauce on the cooked meatballs, and bake another 25 mins.
Serve with Riced cauliflower and/or steamed carrots or cauliflower.
Tip: Can use the rest of the recipe for the Sugar free Sweet n Sour Beef with this recipe, super yummy, just too much chopping for me 😀
