Tartar Sauce (Hypoglycemia Diet, GF, SF, low carb)

This is a GREAT recipe! Since the hubby and I have switched to eating from scratch, we simply lost a taste for the store bought stuff (much to my chagrin) and so I’ve been researching how to make Tartar sauce. This is my second time making it, we love it so much 🙂 This recipe is HG lib. Check Tips below for making this recipe HG Strict.

In food processor or kitchen aid chopper, finely chop:

  • 1 Tbsp white onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles

Stir above together with:

Refrigerate 1/2 hour or eat immediately.  It kinda thickens and gets MORE yummier when it’s refrigerated first! (if you can even imagine! lol )

Tip: For HG Strict, Use green onion in the place of white onion.
